Commercial Refrigeration in the Southeast Valley

A walk-in losing temperature is inventory on a clock.

The situation

When a cooler drifts up ten degrees, you are not scheduling a repair, you are counting how many hours of product you have left. Most HVAC companies will happily fix your rooftop unit and then tell you refrigeration is somebody else's job.

What we do about it

Refrigeration is its own discipline and we treat it as one. Walk-in coolers and freezers, reach-ins, prep tables, under-counter units, ice machines and display cases. We diagnose the actual fault, tell you whether it holds until morning or not, and we are straight about when a unit is not worth another repair.

  • Walk-in cooler and freezer service and installation
  • Reach-in, prep table and under-counter units
  • Ice machine repair and preventive cleaning
  • Display and merchandiser cases
  • Compressor, condenser, evaporator and defrost control work
  • Refrigerant leak search, recovery and recharge

Signs it is time to call

  • Box temperature is climbing or will not hold set point
  • Heavy ice build-up on the evaporator coil
  • The compressor short-cycles or will not start
  • The unit runs constantly and never satisfies
  • Water pooling on the floor of the box
  • An ice machine producing soft, hollow or slow ice

How the job runs

  1. Step 1

    Tell us what is happening

Rising box temperature, ice build-up, a compressor that will not start and a unit running constantly are four different problems. Describing it accurately gets the right parts on the truck.

  2. Step 2

    Diagnose and triage

We find the fault and tell you plainly whether the box holds until we can source a part or whether you need to move product now.

  3. Step 3

    Price before work

Same rule as every other side of the business. You hear the number and the reasoning before we start.

  4. Step 4

    Repair and verify pull-down

We do not call it fixed because it started. We stay until the box is actually pulling down to temperature and holding.
