Why more than one trade
Most homeowners keep one number for the air conditioning and a different one for the garage door, and they usually found both in a hurry during something that had already gone wrong. Neither relationship is worth much when it matters.
Venture is built to be the number you already have. Heating and cooling work and garage door work need different tools and different training, so the crews are separate. The company, the standards and the phone number are not.
What you can expect
A written price before work starts. A straight answer about repair against replacement, including when the answer costs us the bigger job. And the person who quoted the work being the person who shows up to do it.
We are a new company and we are not going to dress that up as decades of history. What we will do is be easy to reach, turn up when we said, and leave the job in a state we would accept at our own house.
