Sized by calculation, not by habit
Replacing a three ton unit with a three ton unit because that is what was there is how houses end up with systems that short-cycle and never pull humidity out during monsoon. We measure first.
Dust is the local enemy
Heat gets the blame for early equipment failure out here, but dust does more damage. Coil cleaning is not an upsell, it is the single highest-value thing you can do for a system in this climate.
