AC Installation and Replacement in the Southeast Valley

Sized for your house, not for the truck we happened to load.

Air handler and blower assembly installed by Venture Air in a Southeast Valley home

The situation

Your air conditioner is old, loud, or failing in the middle of an Arizona summer. Every contractor who walks through gives you a different tonnage and a different number, and none of them explain why.

What we do about it

We start with a load calculation, not a guess. We look at your square footage, insulation, window exposure and existing duct before recommending a size. Then you get one written price covering equipment, labor, permit and haul-away, and we hold to it.

  • Load calculation before any size is recommended
  • All major residential brands available
  • Current R-454B and R-32 equipment, installed to A2L requirements
  • Existing duct inspected and sealed as part of the job
  • Permit pulled and inspection handled
  • Old equipment removed and refrigerant recovered properly

Signs it is time to call

  • The system is over 12 years old and repairs are stacking up
  • It runs constantly and still cannot hold your set point in June
  • Your bills climbed sharply without a rate change
  • Some rooms never cool while others freeze
  • The unit still runs on R-22, which is no longer produced

How the job runs

  1. Step 1

    Walk the house

We measure rooms, check insulation and window exposure, look at your existing duct and note where the current system is undersized or oversized.

  2. Step 2

    Written quote

One itemized number covering equipment, labor, permit and disposal. You keep a copy. If we find something during install that changes the scope, you approve it before we proceed.

  3. Step 3

    Install day

Most residential changeouts finish in a single day. We protect floors, keep the work area clean and take the old unit with us.

  4. Step 4

    Commission and hand off

We charge the system, verify superheat and subcooling, check the temperature split at the registers, and walk you through the thermostat before we leave.
