The situation
A restaurant, shop or office with no cooling in an Arizona summer sends customers and staff home. The cost of the downtime almost always exceeds the cost of the repair, which is exactly why the equipment is worth maintaining.
What we do about it
We service and install light commercial HVAC: rooftop package units, split systems, make-up air and the controls that run them. We also do planned maintenance, which on commercial equipment is the difference between a scheduled visit in March and a closed dining room in July.

Not every unit needs attention at once. We tell you what to deal with now, what to plan for, and what is fine.

Service or replace
Scheduled around your hours where we can, so the building is not without cooling during your busiest window.
- Step 4
Set a maintenance interval
Based on the actual equipment and how hard it runs, not a generic quarterly default.
